When you place your order, you agree to the following terms:

1) What's the total cost?

The total cost includes: plants cost, document cost (Phytosanitary Certificate cost) and delivery cost.So the total cost depends on the destination and the plants quantity.

2) What kinds of shipping method do you have?

We have EMS,UPS,Airlift,Container.We also accept your own shipping agent.Usually:

EMS or UPS is suitable for the plants weight 3-10kg

Airlift suitable for 15-1000kg or more

Container suitable for more than 4000kg,or ship the large size plants.

As we are located in Dongguan city of Guangdong province, usually we choose HongKong or shenzhen or Guangzhou as the port.

3) About the delivery, will it take to our home?

For small order, we would send by EMS or UPS. The plants would be delivered directly to your home or nursery. For large order, we would send by Airlift or Container.You should pick up the order at your local airport or port.

4) Will the plants be OK when they arrived?

The plants we send by EMS or UPS or Airlift or Container will be packed with moss and plastics. The plants will have enough moisture when they get you.

5) What kinds of documents when you deliver the order?

We will provide invoice, packing list, and Phytosanitary Certificate when deliver the order. We will contact you before we apply the Phytosanitary Certificate. If your local custom has special requirements, please inform us in advance and then we will apply it with the special requirements.

TIPS : We are the specialize company in exporting the plants , that can gives specific shipping dates. We do this for your convenience and we are over 95% accurate. These are estimates, and we cannot and do not guarantee exact shipping dates. Shipping live products has its challenges and occasionally Mother Nature does not abide by our time frames. On rare occasions, we have to delay shipping due to severe weather forecasts in your area or ours. Sometimes the seasons are delayed and plants take longer to reach specifications. Although these types of delays are rare, we try to keep you informed. The health of your plants is our highest concern.
