Growers, Retailers (Chain Stores), Importers, Wholesalers and Fruit Stores,Farm,Garden etc.We welcome anyone who is interested in our products.
4) Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No, but it's hard to leave with just one tree!Because the price and the order quantity are mutual directly influence,the order quantity is small,the price will high.So also our price are depends on how large orders from customers is.
5) Please send me a total with shipping charges included and please mention the size of the plant?

6) Do you offer a guarantee or warranty on your plants?
We guarantee the plants to be true to type and healthy upon purchase, but there is no expressed or implied warranty once a plant is in the customer's care.
7) What is your payment terms?
Deposit payment(advance payment) of 50% and 50% before shipment by T/T transfer,if the order quantity less than 50 that the deposit payment(advance payment) is 100% .
8) What is your delivery time?
Within 7-20 days for the normal delivery time after receiving both signed confirmation and deposit payment.
9) I want to make payment by Bank Transfer(T/T)/PayPal / Credit card / Debit card, is that OK?
So sorry,we only accept that Bank Transfer(T/T),due to China's foreignexchange control,so our company only accept payment by bank transfer(T/T) for the moment ,until after cancelled China's foreign exchange control,that we can restore to accept other payment terms.
10) I have a large order,and I want to make payment by Letter of Credit, is that OK?
Yes, of course,we can accept payment with letter of credit. Just contact us and We should confirm lots of details in advance to make sure Letter of Credit is correct.
11) Why is there only US price in your quotation? I'm not from USA how can I pay you US dollars?
US dollar has the best negotiability in the world. Every currency can be exchanged to US dollars.So if your primary currency is not USD, you can still pay us USD. For T/T, other currencies will be exchanged to USD then be transferred to us.Also if you prefer to pay in euros,just contact us.
